By accessing and using ZipsiteHRM ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our human resources management platform and related services provided by ZipsiteHRM ("we," "us," or "our").
ZipsiteHRM provides a comprehensive human resources management platform that includes:
- Employee management and onboarding
- Attendance tracking and time management
- Payroll processing and management
- Leave request and approval workflows
- Performance evaluation tools
- Department and organizational management
- AI-powered concierge services
- Reporting and analytics
3.1 Account Creation
To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users

5.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon subscription activation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for non-payment.
5.3 Price Changes
We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have proper consent to upload employee data
- Maintaining the accuracy of data you provide
- Complying with applicable data protection laws

7.1 Our Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ZipsiteHRM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Your Rights
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide the Service.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- System updates
- Technical issues
- Force majeure events
We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance and work to minimize service disruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZipsiteHRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data or information
- Business interruption
- Damages resulting from use of the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZipsiteHRM from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you upload or transmit
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the venue shall be in the jurisdiction where ZipsiteHRM is incorporated.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ZipsiteHRM is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
